Tomatoes

Did you know Komatsu produces the largest volume of tomatoes throughout the Hokuriku region?
That explains the vast variety of tomato products you will find at local produce stores such as the Kibagata Roadside Station. This includes tomato curry made from pure tomato juice (i.e no dilution with water), fresh tomato ketchup, and even taiyaki (fish-shaped pancakes) filled with tomato jam. A perfect balance of sweet and tart that is also so good for your body!
