Surrounded by rich greenery and farmland, Takigahara Café naturally offers up a menu that matches its surroundings. From its galettes (or what you may know as crepes) to its syrups, everything is assembled from vegetables grown in local soil, including the galettes itself, made from Takigahara-cultivated buckwheat flour. Situated at the foot of Mt. Kurakake, it’s also the perfect place to relax and refuel after a hike!
