You can certainly feel how his creative energies have been rechanneled into vegan adaptations of fusion dishes like green curry, so flavorful that you won’t even remember there’s no meat! We highly recommend the lunch sets, that include the master’s must-try jar salad, a drink, and vegan desserts like pumpkin crème brulee and soya panna cotta.
