冬季是吃螃蟹的最佳季節,您可以在日本沿海的任何地方吃到它們,但只有小松才酥炸蟹殼這道獨特的料理。「甲羅」指的是殼,「揚げ」則表示油炸;尤其特別的是,此道酥炸蟹殼的蟹殼裡還鑲滿了石川縣特有的珍品加納蟹蟹肉。

據說大約在50年前,長沖海鮮餐廳的店主為了滿足一位顧客的特別需求,而研發出了這道冬季美食的傑作。從那時起,這道美食就藉著饕客們的歡迎而傳開,有些餐館在這道菜裡添加了雞蛋,有些則增加了用於焗烤蟹肉的起司,甚至有些餐廳還創造了加了蟹卵的豪華版本。您可以在長沖餐廳的全套懷石料理中體驗這道傳統美食,也可在小松機場買到此道料理商品,帶回家中品嚐喔!
